This reservation applies, by way of example, to the following elements of the Halidon catalogue:
a) sound recordings and masters, meaning any track, performance or sound production included in the catalogue, in any format or quality;
b) catalogue metadata and information, meaning titles, credits, editorial notes, classifications and any descriptive text associated with the recordings;
c) artwork and graphic materials, meaning cover art, promotional images and visual materials linked to releases;
d) derivative works, transcriptions and translations, meaning any adaptation, transcription or translation made from the above.
The categories listed above are provided by way of example only and are not exhaustive. This reservation applies to any element of the Halidon catalogue, whether or not expressly listed, and the list may be updated or supplemented over time without limiting its scope in any way.
